The are I'm most unsure about is the rural Northwest.  I know that it is probably the most conservative area of the state so its hard to know what kind of Democrats are there since there aren't that many.  If I had to guess I'd put my money on Clinton in this area.

I currently expect NW Ohio (outside of Lucas) to go for Clinton. Fulton, Williams, Defiance, Paulding, and Henry counties have very small black presence (granted they have very small precense altogether). Wood county is a tossup, I'd say, with sprawling suburbs that likely favour Clinton, however it contains several colleges and universities where Obama has an advantage (BGSU especially).
