In short, the Cayman Island bank is owned by the bank Julius Baer (Swiss).  Julius Baer requested Wikileaks to remove the documents from their site, but with no luck.  So, the bank went after their host, Dynabot.  Dynabot agreed to do so in exchange for another suit against them to be dropped.  Dynabot agreed to lock down the account and transfer over the records to Baer.  Wikileaks still operates mirror sites.  All of this is listed in your site.
