Our position towards Russia is concerning. I would like a full explanation on the reasonings for the full restrictions placed on the Russian Federation.

Because I'm trying to prevent our foreign policy from being hypocritical. Foreign policy is like the arms trade; we either have a moral foreign policy or we don't.

The Republic of Atlasia would like to congratulate Demetris Christofias on his recent electoral victory and hope that this is the first step towards the reunification of Cyprus.

I still have to agree that I'm concerned with the placing of full restrictions on the Russian Federation and would encourage the Secretary to rethink the Department's position.
