I think November 15 is the day he said he would resign, or the day his resignation is effective.  If I am mistaken than you can substitute in your mind when voting whatever day he said his resignation would be effective.  Option 8 may be impossible, but keep in mind that this is New Jersey.  I'm going to go with Option 6, as McGreevey would not want to draw attention to himself very soon before Election Day but would not want to run the risk of the courts allowing a special election to be held if he resigned soon after the 60-day deadline.  I also think the resignation will be voluntary, but if impeachment draws near in mid-October or earlier then I think he will resign before that happens as long as he feels confident that a special election will not be held.  It will be interesting to see what happens.  I hope you all enjoy this poll.

Sincerely,

Kevin Lamoreau

I haven't a clue, but do you think they will throw a going-away party for him?

Buh-dum-dum.

I don't see what he could be impeached for.

He leaves on Nov. 15, as promised.

Well the corruption scandals are one thing.

Plus you can't impeach somebody for giving a job to an inexperienced...ehhh...inexperience person.

And to think this was a homeland security job, one of the most important jobs in the entire state, and the guy was ineligible. I'm surprised impeachment hasn't been seriously considered.

Darth Kosh - we have two important elections this weekend. Polls close Sunday night. I'd appreciate your vote in the district 1B Senate race. I hope you consider.
