anyone who gets anything less than smart should be forcibly sent back to grade school, be banned from drinking or owning a gun, have their driver's license stripped, and be stripped of voting rights until they can pass with 100% accuracy.

I obviously got "Smart American" but as easy as those questions are, 90% of Americans would get less than 100%

I still doubt that you could find even a similarly dubious survey claiming that percentage of Americans believe FDR was fictitious.
