There's an "Asian" category, though by ancient heritage "white" (or, rather, Caucasian) would be the most accurate description for South Asians of the three broad categories.

No. Since Bangladesh is on the eastern end of the subcontinent, I'm as Dravidian as Aryan, whereas many Pakistanis look like Arabs. I'm classified as Asian, along with Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, and Vietnamese, which is somewhat odd.
