Count 3
North Carolina Yankee (PCP)6(-)
gporter (JCP)3(+1: Bacon King)
Xahar (LNF)3(-)
Raoul (JCP)0(-1)
Non-Transferable1(-)

Again no majority. I think under CESRA, in ties such as these, the decision to eliminate Xahar or gporter is based on the number of total preferences - which I haven't counted, and don't plan on doing, as it's too much effort for a situation which will hopefully change and which probably isn't important to the overall outcome anyway. So I'm stalling my count here...

Notes:
1 Wrote in Andy Jackson as first preference. Andy Jackson has not yet indicated an acceptance of write-ins.
2 Wrote in Smid as first preference. Smid has not yet indicated an acceptance of write-ins.
3 Wrote in Verily as first preference. Verily has not yet indicated an acceptance of write-ins.

Just so you know I am listed as RPP on the official ballot, not PCP.

Yes, but I note you're down as PCP on the Registered Voter Roll.
Is the designation on the ballot a deliberate decision on your part, or some form of oversight?

Earl has Xahar being eliminated in the final round in his tracker. Since he is the SoFA I would imagine he knows how to do it. It however hasn't been updated to reflect Deldem. So Xahar might have more first preferences now compared to GPorter.

Considering who has second preferenced me I would assume that either way, I would get enough from either to win as it currently stands.

I am not sure if it was a mistake on Earls part or not. But it was the intent that the DS RPPers retain the name RPP. Whether that was ever made official or not, I don't know.

Mmm...I'll leave that one for the SoFA to contemplate.

Well, I don't know what's "official", but in some countries the one with fewer preferences in the previous round is eliminated.

Yeah and thank God I did because none of the Midwest voters knew anything at all about me before my campaign got started.  Also, it was very easy to run an active campaign because all of my opponents are sane, reasonable people.

That is the standard in the mid-term STV elections. Not in these ones though.

Perfectly true. To be honest, I never saw a so good combination of candidates. Smiley

BTW, I would like to apologize with Mech for betraying my endorsement : I didn't know another good candidate like Hans was also running, and his political positions are closest to mine.

Please note that floridarepub is not an active voter (did not post 15 times in the 8 weeks before the election) and thus his vote is not valid.
