We have occasional posters from Utah (Downwinder), Kansas (J-Mann), South Dakota (Zeus - online a lot but rarely posts), Maine (several very occasional posters).  WMS obviously used to be a big poster from New Mexico.  We also have a new semi-regular poster from Hawai'i.

I'm not sure we've ever had an even semi-regular poster from Nevada...that may be the only state.  North Dakota too, I guess.

Thank you for reminding me of J-Mann and WMS.  They were both very thoughtful and informative posters, who are sorely missed.

Kevinstat actually came immediately to mind.  He's not a prolific poster, but...he definitely came to mind.  Specifically because he's posted about Maine politics.

I think Cashcow was actually from New Jersey, just with a Delaware avatar.  We had a poster from Delaware, briefly.  Started with A.  I want to say "Algebra" but that's totally wrong.  It may have started with "Ae-."

I guess it's not really surprising that we've never had a poster from Delaware.  Moreso Nevada, since it's actually a relatively populous (and young) state.
