What are some pseudo-swing states that will never flip from 2000/2004?

Obama High's debate team:
"Now let me be clear...I...I...um...uh...now let me be clear. I strongly condemn the affirmative in the strongest possible terms, and I am closely monitoring their arguments. Let me be clear on this."
I left.

California. McCain seems to think he can compete in the CA. Since Pete Wilson drank the nativist kool-aid, California has been to Republicans the Fool's Golden State.

I'd say Wisconsin for the Republicans...they got as close as you can get to winning it both in 2000 and 2004 without actually winning it
for the Democrats, Nevada maybe?

Ive heard Georgia by somepeople here to be a swingstate..especially if Obama is the nominee. Just because Carter and Clinton won it automatically means its a swing state by some people obviously.
