I'm not sure if this new tendency to appeal to the apparent inherent evil of Xahar in all things even remotely related to forum policing or this damn game is especially helpful.

Where'd you find 60-74? Also, what county, what precinct?

It's not. It's your polling place.
To look up your precinct, go to
SmartVoter
, and select 2004. The example I looked up (San Jose City Hall) was Precinct 1337; it should be formatted like that.

Not sure what to tell you...no such precinct in 2004. You might have to call the county and ask or something.
