Christian Leader You'd Like to Meet

I just pulled these names at random, off the top of my head.  I purposely left out Biblical characters, early church fathers and post-Reformation leaders.  Tried to stick with Europeans in the 500 AD through 1600s.  But shoot -- add whoever you want.  I'm tired...

Quite a few but I'll say St. Katherine Drexel - a saint who is actually from my neighborhood. 

Her shrine is five minutes down the road in Bucks county and her summer residence is literally thirty seconds up the street from my house.

St. Augustine -of all the ones mentioned, he seems the most human, and with the most interesting history.  He was born from a pagan father and a Christian mother, tried out various cults before settling on Christianity, and resisted conversion until the last given his reluctance to abandon his sex life.  And that's not even mentioning his most famous works. 

For a conversation on a more intellectual (and less personal) level, I would most like to meet St. Thomas Aquinas and Boethius.
