THIS JUST IN - Bill Clinton tells the press that he's never been to Alaska, despite not being asked.

not in particular. Do you know how many times Dick Cheney reproduced asexually in 2000?
I don't think McCain would have seriously considered her either.

No, this is great. A human interest story and a reality TV show. Lifetime would buy the rights to this-- the pregnant VP, giving birth during a funeral of a dignitary in a Third World country. It gives McCain's campaign some much needed sizzle.

Well, she's not going to be picked this time, but it looks like last week she said that she'd be interested in running for national office at some time in the future:

Being a moderator is basically like one giant party. Except you're the one ruining the party and everyone hates you.

This will be her fifth child, no?
She does look pretty good for someone with 4, soon to be 5, children.

Not to mention that one of her kids is old enough to serve in Iraq soon.

alan keyes, mike gravel, cynthia mckinney, ralph nader... such a mess.
maybe it would be better if we just had two big political parties that represent wide swaths of ideology run against each other instead of all these warring parties. if we only had to deal with two parties a winner would have already come out ahead and had a chance to stabilize the financial markets and to prepare to deal with iraq.
