Does anyone know of any good sources on polling data in the 2000 Presidential Campaign? I subscribe to Polling Report but their coverage is extremely patchy to say the least. I'm particulary interested in:

- The last month of Bush/Gore head-to-heads by state.
- Bill Clinton's approval ratings by state

It's just that I'm trying to tweak my projection methodology for the election in November.
