I don't have any secret information regarding the Clintons involvement but Hillary is the senator from New York and she has been a big supporter of his (at least in the public eye) despite his thuggish tatics in the past. I don't think there will be any major fallout but it could hurt her a little (and I doubt I'm the first person to have suggested this). She'll have to call on him to resign immediately.

No, most likely not. However, Spitzer, who was once thought to be a great prospect for governor, is becoming more of a liability as time goes on. I'm pretty sure we won't hear much more of him on the Clinton stump.
