Canada, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands, Sweden, UK and US all have Libertarian Parties.  Past that, this list would be where I'd get started.  Sadly, Putin has killed the Libertarian Party in Russia. cite  That's a good sign right?

(any Putin fans in here?  Probably not.)

I'll just talk about countries in which I have some understanding of politics.

Germany:   CDU generally (FDP in some cases)
UK:             Conservative
France:       UMP
Canada:     Conservative
Australia:    kind of a tossup, probably Labor, although I think Howard did a good job.

I basically always support the center-left party of a country...in Italy the PD, in England the Labour, in France the PS and so on...

UK: Depends on candidates and tactical issues, but not Conservative. LDs, Labour, Nationalist,                                      diverse indies...
N. Ireland: Has STV so I'll list in order: Alliance - SDLP - SF - UUP (unless anti-agreement) - DUP - TUV/any anti-agreement UUPers still left
Wales: Blaenau Gwent Independents. Wink No really, see UK.
Scotland: Ditto.
Ireland: Has STV so I'll list in app. order (but depends on candidates to larger extent than can be shown here): Greens - Labour - sane FG members - sane FF members - SF - average or worse FG members - average or worse FF members - PD
Norway: DNA
Sweden: Greens, I guess
Finland: Not sure
Poland: Socialists
Greece: Syriza
Italy: wide range of minor left wing parties to chose from. PdCI sounds nice.
Switzerland: Greens (tactically SPS in smaller cantons)
Austria: Greens
Germany: Left or Greens
Holland: Socialists or Greens
Belgium: Greens
France: Gauche Plurielle
Spain: PSOE in most provinces, ERC in Catalonia, possibly not PSOE also in some other provinces
Portugal: What's it called? The newer far-left party. Socialists where that makes tactical sense.
Cyprus: AKEL
Malta: AD
Israel: Hamas. Tongue
Turkey: AKP or Kurds
India: Depends on tactical considerations, candidates. Not BJP or allies.
Pakistan: Awami Party
Japan: Democrats
Australia: Preferencing Labor over the Coalition, but probably third party.
NZ: Greens
South Africa: My relatives there voted ANC last I knew. (Which demonstrates that they must be living in KwaZulu-Natal. Wink ) I'll follow that advice, for now.
Canada: NDP
Quebec: Also NDP
Puerto Rico: Popular Democrats
Jamaica: PNP
Mexico: PRD... at least most of the time...
Venezuela: Chavez over any US-supported opposition; any moderate non-US-supported opposition over Chavez
Brazil: PT
Peru: Would have held my nose and voted for Alan Garcia last time around... twice.
Ecuador: Chavist
Bolivia: Morales
Uruguay: what's it called again? Frente something.
Argentina: They still have real parties in Argentina? I think not...
Chile: Socialist

I once tried to list my parties of choice for every single country in the world, mostly to learn about other countries' politics. It was an interesting excercise. I usually go for the center-right parties since they align more with my views. Note I have not studied many countries' politics enough oftentimes to be completely sure of my choice...

UK: Conservative Party (I liked the Thatcherite wing, but I feel strong revulsion towards Cameron and I doubt he would make a good PM)
N. Ireland: I hate the sectarianism of N. Ireland's political parties. I guess the Ulster Unionist Party align more with my political views.
Wales: Conservative Party
Scotland: Conservative Party
Ireland: Progressive Democrats
Iceland: Independence Party
Norway: Progress Party
Sweden: Moderate Party
Finland: National Coalition Party
Poland: Law and Justice (simply because of Iraq, economically I'd go with Civic Platform)
Russia: Union of Right Forces
Ukraine: People's Union "Our Ukraine"
Romania:  Democratic Party
Bulgaria: Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria
Greece: New Democracy
Serbia: Extremely difficult. I like the Liberal Democratic Party for accepting Kosova's independence, but economically I disagree with them.
Kosova: Democratic League
Montenegro: People's Party
Croatia: Croatian Democratic Union
Italy: Popolo della Libertà ("People of Freedom") (I used to support the Liberal Reformers although they had no parliamentary representation and now appear to have joined the Popolo della Libertà)
Switzerland: I guess the Liberal Party, although I'm not sure about their social positions
Austria: ÖVP
Germany: CDU/CSU
Holland: Party for Freedom, though I'm not so sure about Geert Wilders
Belgium: CD&V (Flemish), MCC (Francophone), Christian Social Party (German)
Luxembourg: Democratic Party
France: UMP
Spain: Popular Party
Portugal: CDS/PP
Cyprus: Democratic Rally
Malta: Nationalist Party
Czechia: Civic Democratic Party
Slovakia: Civic Conservative Party
Bosnia and Herzegovina: Liberal Democratic Party, I guess
Slovenia: Democratic Party
Estonia: Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica
Lithuania: Homeland Union
Latvia: People's Party

Israel: I liked Qadima until Olmert created the mess in Lebanon. I guess I'll go with Likud, although rather reluctantly
Turkey: Justice and Development Party
Lebanon: Any party in the March 14 Alliance, perhaps the Phalangists specifically
India: Bharatiya Janata Party
Pakistan: PML-Q
Bangladesh: Nationalist Party
Thailand: People's Power Party
Republic of China: Kuomintang
Japan: Liberal Democratic Party
South Korea: Grand National Party
Malaysia: ?
Indonesia: Golkar?
Australia: Liberal Party
NZ: National Party
Fiji: Unite d Fiji Party
Mongolia:Democratic Party
Georgia: United National Movement
Armenia: Republican Party?
Azerbaijan: An anti-Əliyev party, I don't know which

South Africa: United Christian Democratic Party
Kenya: Democratic Party
Tanzania: Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo
Namibia: Democratic Turnhalle Alliance
Mozambique: Mozambican National Resistance
Zimbabwe: Movement for Democratic Change
Egypt: Tomorrow Party
Liberia: Unity Party

Canada: Conservative Party
Quebec: Action démocratique du Québec
Puerto Rico: PNP
Jamaica: Labour Party
Mexico: PAN
Colombia: Conservative Party
Venezuela: Movimiento Primero Justicia
Brazil: Democratas
Peru: Unidad Nacional
Ecuador: Social Christian Party
Bolivia: PODEMOS
Uruguay: National Party
Argentina: Propuesta Republicana
Chile: UDI or RN (they have the same ideas)
Paraguay: National Union of Ethical Citizens
