I thought I'd adopt a new strategy of letting the random number generator decide the next person's turn.  In future, it'll also be used to decide the number of reinforcements and cards issued before and after each turn.  The point at which these new rules will take effect will also be decided by the RNG.

Any concerns or queries about this new policy may be directed here.  Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get something to eat.

Well, I don't think I can win... Josh's moves have been interesting, I think he's responsible for me losing the game, but at the same time he's smashed all my expansion and allowed Gustaf to build in the east like the Germans in '40-41, he's also allowed me to mop up two other players.


Anyway...
