Well?

I ask cause I just got mine a couple weeks ago. I only need them for driving for seeing things at a long distance.

A mild prescription for driving and seeing at a distance, although I wear them often so I don't squint to see 20/20 (and thus get headaches)...Wearing glasses I have 20/15 eyesight

I also have contacts for occasions when glasses are too "nerdy"

When I took my private pilot physical the doc told me one of my eyes was a little off and that I needed corrective lenses to fly.  I brought them with me on my first flight and explained to my instructor what the doc said.  He (instructor)told me that if I didn't wear them normally, I shouldn't wear them flying as it would just be one more distraction that I didn't need.

I never wore the ers.  That was nearly 15 years ago.  I thank Og I don't wear glasses as I'd no doubt lose them all the time.

Yes for distance, and I refuse to get contacts because I hate how my face look without glasses.

No. I have 20/20 vision (I assume; I've never had a test to get the exact numbers, but I've never had any eye-sight problems)

Yup, I have a pair of computer glasses.  Too many hours a day spent staring at the screen.

No.

I haven't had my vision tested in years, but my eyes are the least of my problems.

I have had glasses ever since I was 9 years old (nearly 17 years now) in November 1991 (3rd grade year).  Now, without my glasses, I'm practically blind.

Yes, though I generally wear contacts. I wear glasses at night before bed and when my eyes feel too irritated for contacts. (which is a rarity)

No (20/20 vision) but I kind of wish I needed them.  Smiley  I love the trendy glasses that all the progressives wear...

You can always buy the frames with faux lenses.

I've thought about that but that's kind of toolbox-esque.

Yes, I got them right before I entered 8th grade. And I can't put contacts in so I will always have glasses.

I did when I was in 2nd grade, but I only wore them when I needed to see the board and ONLY because the school nurses told my parents I needed them.

In reality, I have 20-30 vision with astingmatism.  So when the nurses thought I couldn't see, it was only that I couldn't focus with my bad eye and my good eye carries me.  And when I couldn't read the board, it was probably because I sat toward the back and my eyes were dry.

Now they only get blurry when my corneas dry out lol  But glasses can't fix that.

Yes.  I have several pair.  I've needed them since the third grade and just got a new prescription.

Yes, I have rather bad eyesight, and wear my glasses at all times (if I take off my glasses and cover my left eye, I can read nothing in 12pt font on my screen; and, no, I'm not farsighted, this is "distance" for my right eye Tongue).  I've had glasses since 4th grade.
