Just thought I would create this since no one else has...

Here you can discuss the current elections since discussion and comments are not allowed in voting threads.

Well, I'll comment...this is my first time for these elections, and I think it's very exciting!

2A is horse race!  I'm not sure where the old "2A" used to be, but it seems to be giving Akno21 quite a buck.  Good luck there, Senator.  Got my fingers crossed for ya, [with all due respect for RReagan4Ever.]

Turnout in 3B is relatively high!  Another very tight race.

I think this is the most exciting election we've had yet on this forum.  Many of the races are close.  None are uncontested.  Turnout is sure to be the highest yet.

Let's remember that this is only day 1 of the election! Saturday and Sunday should be interesting, too.

I have not made one speech for the governorship. Perhaps victory is within my grasp. I don't know though.

I count 47 people showing up to vote so far, out of 120 eligible voters.  Thats 39%.  Not bad.

Is the bulk of the turnout usually in the first day?  Wouldn't surprise me if that were the case.

Josh22 and Mr. Hobbes are both doing much better than I expected, there might be a last-minute surprise here.

RReagan4EVER is totally shocking me!  Akno, do something!  Smiley

Get the votes out! I lost the vote of Beet, when he left. I know that if TomatoSoup shows up, he'll vote for me. People who voted for me or NickG in the last election (Special Election) are Micheal Z, Hockey Dude, and Sheliak5. I need those 4 people to vote Akno21!

Fritz, when you get a chance, can you do a full update? It seems as if King isn't updating the results on his page.

Kings page is mostly accurate.  Rreagan4EVER is now up to 7 instead of 5, Texasgurl is up to 7 instead of 6, Harry and Josh are at 5-4.  Other than that, I think his page is up-to-date.

There's still plenty of time for people to vote.  Don't be surprised by any last minute turnarounds.

You know your typical member who posts maybe one or two times before an election and you never see them again until voting begins. I can't stand that stuff.
