Kinda.  I really got depressed inheriting.  I finally decided to get life membership in Mensa, with some of proceeds.  I wish my health was better.

I finished a correspondence course that was my continuing education requirement.  That made me happy.

I believe there are only 2 things that have signficant correlation with happiness: religious faith and money.
Content is a more accurate word for me.  The Apostle Paul tells us to be content with what we have.  The Bible also tells us to be content, but not satisfied.  Meaning, we should never long for things our neighbor has, but ever trying to reach higher and higher and not stopping or "retiring" until we are taken home.

To answer the question, yes I am happy and content, but I am not satisfied.

i guess Gustaf is right, at least about faith.

I'm very happy with my life right now.  I feel so free and independent.  I feel so much more confident.

Also, I've been able to reconnect with a lot of people I used to be really close to and it's been really, really great.  Smiley  I'm definitely very happy with my life.

Certainly we can see that the richer members of this board are happier than the poorer.

As for me I voted 'no' as I have a job.  I would have voted 'yes' during all those idle years.  Anyway, a humiliating old age and a nasty, painful death awaits all the poors and many of the rich.

Yep, I'm in a dramatic mood. I went from having a good day to feeling absolutely terrible after one phone call. It pretty much reflects on my life as of now. Not good.

Phil, I assure you that if I were to tell you how my life has gone between the ages of 17-23, you'd be loving life.
