No no no, they are all victims!  Victims of "the man".  And if they are minority "poors", it's "the White Man" that they are victims of.  Nobody is poor by choice or lack of effort, they are all being held down by somebody.  You obviously aren't listening when the Democrats speak.

If so, it is only because of the welfare state.
..and all the trickle down benifits of the wealthy (10 to 30 years later) that they'd never ever get (nobody would) if we didn't live with the free market.
