I've got to go with HHH.  Wallace cut into his support in the labor and blue collar regions, as well as in the Deep South.

Deffinitely cut into HHH's support among bluecollar working class whites in the North - Ohio, pa, Michigan.  In other words, the same kinds of Democrats that Obama is now weakest with.

Bearing in mind the general voting patterns of that election (outside the South it was more class-polarising than any election since. It's true that people have a perception of Nixon becoming President due to a blue-collar backlash, but that's because people confuse 1968 with 1972) almost certainly HHH.

Nixon in the South, but Humphrey most everywhere else.

Nixon. People in South, even though they were largely Democrats, were not going to vote for Humphrey, who had been a huge champion of Civil Rights.  Outside of the South, look at how poorly Nixon did in Ohio in 68 versus 60.

I think it was more Nixon than Humphrey, but the results varied from state to state.  Wallace allowed Humphrey to win Texas I should think but I think he could have given Nixon Ohio and Illinois as well.  Overall though, because of his support from whites in the South - Nixon.
