I'm pulling for Rio, but wouldn't be deceived if Prague, Madrid, or Chicago got them.
I'm neutral on Doha, but I staunchly oppose Baku.

With London 2012, I can't see Prague or Madrid getting it in 2016 unless none of the other candidates are suitable.
Baku has no chance for a multiplicity of reasons.
I doubt Tokyo will get it.
Chicago will get it if nether Rio nor Doha prove suitable.
I think the IOC will want to wait and see how Brazil handles the 2014 World Cup first.
Doha has the inside track. Money won't be a problem and the IOC likes to think that sports can somehow solve political problems.
As for what I think would be the best venue, probably Madrid, but as I said, no way it gets it.

I think Doha is the most likely unless protests cause serious problems at the Beijing Olympics, in which case they'll go with the much politically safer Rio. Chicago might stand a chance as well, but Tokyo, Madrid and Prague all have the region problem. (Although, after thinking about it, Vancouver is in 2010, so that might hurt Chicago.)

It's not unprecedented to have the games on the same continent in such a small timespan:
Atlanta 1996 Salt Lake City 2002
Los Angeles 1984 Calgary 1988

I'd like for it to be in Chicago, but Rio or Tokyo would be cool.

Rio would be cool. Thats probably the favorite too since its never been in South America and thats a more stable area than the Middle East.

Baku? LOL.
Doha, because I have a cousin there. Though Prague'd also be nice.

It does matter... given their current track record, they will probably pick Pyongyang.

They are practically obliged to hold it every 20 years or so in the US. Asian and European cities are out - the Olympics would have been too recent. Everyone who thinks that Rio has a chance doesn't know what he's speaking.

I can't see a European country winning it after the UK in 2012.
It's been a while since the Americas have held it, so Rio or Chicago are potential.
Doha is a distinct possibility, it did run a successful Asian games, and have the middle east ever held it?
I'd hope for Doha.

Chicago will probably win, but i'd prefer Rio. Both South America and Africa have never hosted the games, they should be given the chance too. The same is true for the middle east btw, but i don't think Doha has any chance.

No, they'd pick Baku to keep in line with their track record of holding them in great democracies.
