Well- what about the Brittish definition of "Liberal", which means less state people and conservative being the opposite.


What about the veracular definition of "liberal" and "conservative", meaning whether or not you oppose changes in the law.

I tend to be Liberal on Economic Issues and Conservative on Social Issues... That's using the British definitions.

In Australia, that makes me a Conservative Liberal... lol...
