Ottawa-Vanier and its predecessor (Russell): 1882
I-et-V 7: Never (counting the UDF and UMP as the same thingee, if not then 2002)
Predecessor of I-et-V 7: 1958, when the MRP won (since then UDR or UDF)

Charlie Dougherty (R - Old PA 3) in 1980. Earlier that year, Dougherty was just barely re-nominated (by about 50 votes) over my current State Representative, Denny O'Brien. Denny was in the State House since 1977 but decided not to seek re-election and challenge Dougherty.

In 1982, Dougherty lost to my former Congressman, Bob Borksi. That same year, O'Brien returned to the State House and has been there ever since.  Smiley

I think at the time it was PA 4, but renumbered to PA 3 after Borski.  The Congressman before Dougherty that was a supposedly very liberal Jewish guy named Josh Eilberg and Dems have held the seat fairly consistently since WWII.  From what I read Reagan had some very powerful coattails in Northeast Philly in the early 1980s.

1981, when a gentleman with the distinguished name of Stanford E. Parris (R) represented VA-5.    Jim Moran defeated him in 10 years later and holds it to this day.

Right after Borski won? If anything, it would have been changed in 1982 after redistricting. Dougherty was still Congressman then.

And I don't know if he was immediately before Eilberg but Mike Stack's grandfather served as a Congressman for the area around WWII.

Conwy was last won by a Tory in 1992 (Wyn Roberts). Voting patterns within the constituency were even weirder than they are now; which is saying something.

Peter Hoagland lost in 1994.  It's been GOP since.

1960. Since then it's only had three representatives. Until January 2007 the same person had held it my entire life.

The last time MA-08 was won by a Republican was 1952 (Angier L. Goodwin), but it likely bared little geographical resemblance to the current MA-08.  (Goodwin was from Melrose, which is not in the current MA-08, which is now Somerville, Cambridge, and parts of Boston.)

1972, but the boundaries have obviously changed in the years since. Jesus Christ could not get elected as a Republican in TN-9 today.
