hearing obama speak about the capital gains tax tonight made me want to vomit on the floor.

damn that guy is clueless on many issues.

anyway, im sure folks like zach support such a stupid idea like a higher capital gains tax.

Yeah, money rich people make from investments should be taxed at a lower rate than the money people make from working. Give me a break.

it isnt 'the rich'  that is harmed by a capital gains tax increase...it is the middle class....the small business owner etc.

it is a punitive tax...plain and simple.  it does more harm than good.

Is Boston that much more expensive than Minneapolis? My $25k/year job is perfectly sufficient for me.

boston is very exepensive.  not just the city limits...but the enitire metro area.

you arent going to find a decent two bedroom apartment to rent for less than $1500
