Um, oops.  How come none of us caught that?

I'm at a loss. But MasterJedi's solution sounds good; keep this election, but have people take office at the normal dates.

The uniqueness of the Mideast's elections obviously isn't a good thing; why not introduce an amendment to change it?

And we still haven't appointed a Judge for the Superior Court.  So we have nobody to decide what to do unless all 3 of us reach an agreement and nobody sues the region.
