Elected as a Democrat for State Senate in Virginia, then runs for his federal House of Rep seats and wins. Runs for Senate, but loses in primary. Becomes senior Democrat in the House.

Do mine in France or Canada, obviously.

Eventually becomes a figure in the Canadian Green Party in Ontario, and might even become MP one day. In France, I see him joining the Democrats, even if he doesn't like Bayrou right now.

Spends a couple of terms in the State Senate, then runs five times for the House unsuccessfully until he wins when the Republican incumbent has a massive scandal. Is defeated 6 years later in a Republican year, and runs for Senate unsuccessfully before retiring.

Elected to California state Senate, then wins primary at 25 to take over Dem open seat.  Wins election with 78% of the vote, reelected 27 more times before retiring.

Elected to PA General Assembly, becomes House Whip before actually whipping the Governor because of massive stale-mate; is Elected governor in the next election.

Runs various national and local campaigns as a Constitution or Libertarian candidate, but doesn't get elected anywhere. Might get a local office.

If he was with a major party, it would be entirely different.

Nobody say I'll join the Modem because it won't even exist when I'm in my 30s.

General comment on all: any political career anyone takes will likely end in failure unless you are happy to play the part of machine hack or eternal backbencher.

Jedi becomes a well respected member of the House from a conservative district, and eventually gains a Chairmanship in the House when the GOP takes a majority.

I predict a handful of us will go on to have minor political careers in local stuff. One or two that are truly dedicated might end up in their state legislature. The rest won't care enough when they're older. The previous poster falls into category three.

EMD is elected Governor of Idaho, but this is later revoked as his status as a Democrat comes to light.

Sensei, after a few years in the state legislature, gets elected to the House but loses his seat when he makes an unsuccessful run for the Democratic nod for Senate. Two years later, however, he is elected Liutenant Governor, and is elevated to Governor upon the death of the incumbent. Hugely popular, his name is often mentioned for Vice President, but he chooses to leave politics after two terms in Tallahassee.

Note: We know it's all unrealistic. Play along.

Wins a state house seat, quickly moves to the state senate before winning a seat in Congress.

He is elected to the House of Representatives as a republican, but then the NRCC goes "Holy crap, look at his PM Social Score" and replaces him with Rick Santorum Jr. in the next election.
