"Either Edwards or Gore or me", you wanted to write.
No, I meant to say 'either Edwards or Gore for me.' I wrote it correctly.

Only if Kerry picks him as VP.

Looking at Kerry, I don't think he has enough energy to be president for 8 years.

I’ll support Ed Rendell (D-PA) if he runs…which I for one I’m really hoping and praying for…. So “Big Ed in 08” for me…

Then again im still optimistic about the possibility of the dems winning this year…

Probably none of my business, but I voted for Bayh.  Rendell wouldn't be all that horrible either.  In any case, either would be a lot better than that low-life ambulance chaser.  The idea of having trial lawyers fully in charge in Washington is terrifying.

He's Jewish, too.  That kind of diversity sells in the Dem Party. He comes off as a politician who happens to be Jewish rather than a Jew who happens to be a politician (Lieberman).  He's got 100 times the personality of Holy Joe.

You may be on to something there. I think Kerry himself only wants 4 years. I remember in a speech he made not too long ago....he said....."If you liked the 8 years that Clinton was President......you'll love 4 years of a Kerry Presidency!"

Why does he only say four? Why doesn't he leave it open a bit and say...."You'll just LOVE the Kerry Presidency." Which could be X amount of years. Maybe he only wants four years.....

Ooooo....that's tough.  Bakc in 2000, I really didn't care about the general consensus on Gore, I thought he'd make an awesome president.  I was really hoping for him to run this year.  But Edwards is a great guy and would do so much for this country.  I prolly wouldn't be able to decide.

Miamiu, Why are you so looking ahead to 2008 when 2004 isn't even over yet?  A lot can happen in 4 years . . .

Kerry is the most boring, uncharismatic candidate I can remember, far surpassing even Dukakis.

If Kerry doesn't win, it's time for the Dems to get radical. Howard Dean should be the safe choice in 2008.

If Bush wins Re-election, Clinton will run.

She may run but she won't win the nomination. Most Dems know that choosing her would be electoral suicide.

If GWB wins this year then Edwards will be a shoo-in for the 2008 Dem. nomination. Or so I think...
