I probably would, it would mainly depend on how it was served.

well I'm a vegetarian. So I'd only eat the cow's heart if it was in sushi.

I'm a vegetarian, too, but the novelty of eating a cow's heart almost made me switch teams for a second.

I wouldn't order it, but if a friend offered me a bite I'd probably take it (unless it looked nasty).  I'd eat nearly anything that was meat based.

I've eaten more than one dodgy meat pie... so I certainly have.

Including having artery wrapped around my tooth.

Of all the times I have thought about switching teams, this would never ever be one them. Leafy greens FTW. Smiley

I would try a bite, but I wouldn't be able to gobble down a cow's heart like I could, say, a steak.  It's purely my American "OMG ORGAN MEAT EWWWW" psyche... but it probably tastes good.

I really hate liver (I hate the metallic taste), and I tried lung stew in Austria.. and while the gravy and the dumplings were amazing, the lung texture left a lot to be desired.

I also tried blood sausage, which actually tastes quite nice, except that you know you're eating blood and then you wimp out.

I would eat a very small part of it.. obviously I couldn't eat the whole thing - they're huge.

I did have a lovely beef tongue torta from the little authentic Mexican place the other day...

I'd be willing to have a bite at least to see how it tastes.
