He'll probably end up beating Rathje, possibly with over 60%, however, my prediction:

IOWA PRESIDENT -
54% (D) Obama
45% (R) McCain

IOWA SENATE -
59% (D) Harkin
40% (R) Rathje

I'm assuming its late on Saturday and you're high, Obama wins by 9 in Iowa?  No one is winning by more than 3 or 4 in Iowa

The last 4 polls of Iowa have had him winning by 4-8.  And I seem to remember one that had him up by 15 sometime.  Iowa may in fact not be competitive this year.

IIRC Iowa has never been a great state for McCain and it is one of Obama's best so I would actually be surprised if the margin wasn't at least 4 come Novemeber

Harkin will end up in the 58-60 area.

IA Pres results:

Obama 52
McCain 47

Obama has built up such a network in that state, and even GOP caucusers didn't like McCain.  (4th place?)

https://uselectionatlas.org/POLLS/PRESIDENT/2008/pollsa.php?fips=19

There hasn't been a single poll released showing McCain beating Obama in Iowa, and most of them have Obama leading out of the MoE. Iowa is safer than NJ.
