Help! Someone take charge of this weekends election

I love this forum, and I spend way too much time here.  I know you all appreciate my hard work and dedication.

Unfortunately due to my forum addiction, my schoolwork has been getting badly neglected.  My classes end this weekend, I really must buckle down and stay the hell out of here.

Would somebody PLEASE administer the runoff election in district 4 between Harry and Josh22.  My suggestions would be Nym90 or KEmporer as court justices, or Governor Htmldon since the district is mostly in his region.

Thank you, I know you understand.  I have to do this.  I'll be back next week when my classes are over.
