He's too right wing. Isn't he pro-Wal-Mart? He also vetoed a living wage law to my knowledge.

Oh yeah, I remember the mayor of Memphis being described as someone who can be added to the list of corrupt blacks supporting Hillary. So he gets a 1.

I'll give you a big city mayor better than all of these:

The ones I know about:

Mike Bloomberg (New York, NY): 3 (I'd give him a 1 because of personal distaste but he's not a failure of a Mayor)

Antonio Villaraigosa (Los Angeles, CA): 3

Richard Daley (Chicago, IL): 3

Michael Nutter (Philadelphia, PA): 8 (would be a 9 or 10 if it wasn't for his gun stance and some other things but I still love him)

Kwame Kilpatrick (Detroit, MI): 1

Gavin Newsom (San Fransisco, CA): 2

Thomas Menino (Boston, MA): 3

Oscar Goodman (Las Vegas, NV): 3

This is exactly why Nutter is only an 8 in my ratings - http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/cityhall/Mayor_Nutter_has_strong_words_for_NRA.html

We had yet another police officer murdered and he's calling on the NRA to apologize to his family. I love the guy but this stuff is really disappointing/disgusting.
