Why does BRTD change from one ridiculous name to another every five seconds? 

Why, I ask you, why?

There is no rhyme nor reason.

He is becoming extremely annoying with this ludicrous behavior.

Usually a song comes up on my computer with a title (or in this case, a line) so awesome and/or cheesy I have to make my name it.

I believe they all are named for things that are important to him.

My best guess is they are names for songs or bands he likes.

The only guy on the forum who creates more ridiculous threads than BRTD and the hillary! guy is going to accuse someone else of ludicrous behaviour? Ha! If anything, it makes him easy to pick out, easier than someone who changes theirs only everyonce in a while. Whenever I see a band name or a song title/line, there is only one person it could be.

Because that's what they are, topic titles, and in titles, the first letter of the words are often capitalized.

However, in this forum format, it is not necessary, and I will make a point to begin using capitals only when necessary.

As MODU has said, it's so that anybody reading my post containing your quote will know in future that it was yours.  I usually only do it if I think it's important to preserve your post, e.g. if you got embarrassed and tried to delete it.
