My immaturity is just dying to make me say something about an "economic stimulus" being "stuck back in the bank" but this meta-sentence is the furthest it will go.

For some strange reason, I have the desire to write an article about how to spend the check to stimulate the economy, but with most of our products being imports, there aren't many things you can spend it on and keep the funds in the US.  Any ideas?
