Vote for up to 2 of your favorite flags from the Northeastern United States.  The winning flag will receive a bid to the next round.  The 2nd place flag will get a chance to reach the next round later.  The remaining flags will be eliminated.
Voting will be done in approximately 24 hour increments.

For the record, PA was the first state to use the "copy" design with the state seal and what not, everyone else ripped it off of us.
