Could Obama put up better margins in Oregon and Washington than Kerry? I'd say it's a possibility.

The Pacific Coast will be safe. I think in the case of Oregon it´s more than likely that he´ll get a better result than Kerry, most likely in WA as well. Better said, OR+WA will mirror CA.
