Not that it counts for anything since I'm not a regional chair (or a member of the Atlas Republican Party for that matter), but I would kindly suggest the following cities: Richmond, Ripon WI, Rugby ND, Salt Lake City, Houston. Ripon is the birthplace of the American Republican party and Rugby (in addition to being in the heart of beautiful North Dakota) is the geographic center of North America.
