Whose precinct would you rather live in?

Well this in 20 years out of date or so, but the rumor was, that Minneapolis was the best place in the nation in which to get laid, early and often. Thus it was hard to get younger single males to transfer out from the place. I'm serious!

I participated in a bridge tournament about 15 years ago in Minneapolis. I found the place surprisingly frumpy. Philly, the city, is a dump, but some of the suburbs are really beautiful.

And finally, I don't like cold weather, and less and less as I age away.
