I was going to say something similar to DWTL actually. The question is flawed.

If it was regularly scheduled for tomorrow:

278-260

Hmm, my map comes up with Obama winning but if you just asked me without a map who I think would win I would say McCain. Odd.

Or he could improve among whites. Not everyplace is like WV you know. I dont see Obama doing worse amongst hispanics than Kerry. In fact I think he will get higher margins than Kerry but turnout very well could be low. Latinos voted for Clinton not because they hate Obama or Black people but rather due to loyalty to the Clintons. They remember the good days of the 90's and has been shown around the country Obama's message of hope usually does not play well to the working class regardless of race. This primary was a battle of styles and latinos chose Clinton. After an uniting convention I see no reason why latinos wont flock back to Obama.

I'm thinking an Obama win:

274-264, but it's decided by Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Michael Bloomberg for President.

Obama wins 278-260. Nevada and Colorado are the "Florida's of 2000"

I want to apologize to my fellow Republicans on this board for seeming pessimistic, but the country is just so angry with Bush and the more the Dems use McCain and Bush in the same sentence, I'm worried this map might be too generous to McCain.

Are you sure you meant to say 274-264 Obama? Your map gives McCain 274-264 victory.

Meh. I think O has problems at the moment. Would like to see more likely voter polling, more demographic breakdowns for undecideds, (and of course, I would like it to be fall... but that would defeat the point Smiley).
