bobby by far.  i very much admire his dedication to the issues of civil rights and poverty, even though he was a late-comer to both.

ted is second.  i like ted a lot.  i dont agree with him on everything, but he is easily one of my more favorite senators.  i think his passion for the underclass and the underdog is genuine.
