Apparently by "uncle," he meant great-uncle, which is fair enough to me, and he meant Buchenwald instead of Auschwitz, which is an unfortunate mistake but this is likely a non-starter.

I definitely hate this guy...

I'd say if you're assuming that it was an outright fabrication (fabricating what, exactly?) you already hate the guy.

Ya, but it suggests a certain laziness about getting it right, before bragging on it. It suggests a trimmer, a shader, a puffer.  But I pretty gave up on the Obama character in connection with the Wright affair. I will never think the same way about the guy after that.

You're correct. I hate him because he never really misspoke, and that's fu**ing boring.

So Obama confused the name of concentration camps and left off the word "great" before "uncle". Wow, what a scandal!
