Yes it did. I believe if the President does not sign it into law after several days it does become Atlasian Law.

Yes it did. I believe if the President does not sign it into law after several days it does become Atlasian Law.

It was never presented to him, though.

It's a Senate resolution to change Senate procedure, it does not need Presidential support or confirmation. It was passed and it did not need to be presented to the President.

Ah, I didn't notice the resolution part, it should have said that instead of "bill". Tongue

That's what I thought when I first looked at it. I was going to close the vote and send it to the President but then I read the small print and saw that it was an amendment to the procedural resolution.
