I vote "Neither," although I strongly disapprove of his renewing of the Hundred Years War, his behavior also has to be seen in the context of the time, and in many ways he was viewed as an ideal king by his contemporaries.

It's not a surprise that the son of the man that usurped the English throne would try to usurp the French throne.  (Yes, yes, he had "legitimate claims" to the French throne etc.)
