The Democrats won 5 terms in a row.  Little later the Republicans won 5 out of 6, which, if it weren't for the butterfly ballot, would have been followed by 4 Democratic terms in a row.  Maybe the White House is like baseball All-Star game streaks and similarly, the last one was a turning point.

Two terms of Hillary after two of Obama doesn't seem all that crazy a pick.
