Odd; the file contained county data.

Anyone have a guess as to where I went wrong?

Ask Dave. I uploaded an 1892 WA map and it was messed up, and he fixed it. The system probably just isn't structured for such an old election right now.

Can you upload recent elections alright? I suppose it's possible you're just doing something wrong.
