BTW Frodo and True "Democrat" should be added, thanks for the reminder Eraserhead. I'd include constine except he finally realized what party he belongs in.

Yes, he is. Tongue Wink This is why NDN is second in command of the humble men. His years of service to me plus proving his loyalty, dedication and creativeness.

Personal animosity for the honored few aside, probably all of the lefties on this forum.  I am not going to name them, since you know who you are, and even if I made a list, I would probably forget someone.  Tongue

Not anytime soon, so long as Jim Gilmore, Tom DeLay, and their like remain the true face of the Republican Party -as I perceive it.  Even if McCain wins the presidency, I doubt he would have much effect in changing his party given the constituencies within it.

So, it looks like you are going to be stuck with me for quite a while....

Frodo fits in perfectly in our current Democrats 2.0 which is basically militarism, theocracy, pro-elite corporate socialism but less of it than the GOP. Why would you want him to switch? Huh

Oops I forgot to mention the heavy dose of anti-white/latin/asian racism from the NAACP/other 'civil rights'(At one time they had valid causes but now...)

You perceive the party as two guys who aren't even in positions of power? Ok...

Irrelevant -it's whom they represent, what they believe in, and the policies they endorse to advance their beliefs that repulse me.

What? You were Straha's biggest fan and seem to greatly enjoy opebo.

Straha has amused me at times but he is too far right on economic issues and seems far too fascinated with eugenics, genocide, etc.

opebo is one of the best posters on the forum, hands down.... but his postions on a few issues would keep me from voting for him. (I don't think we should "tolerate" people having sex with children and animals as a society, for example).

Your economic score is nearly -5. That's outright socialism, not social democracy but socialism and extremely far from being moderate.

Depends on the model of UHC and what nature these programs are. If it's not highly socialized(swiss model) then it's center-left but if it's socialized it's social democracy at best and more probably socialism.
