That margin is closing as between the two states, and rather rapidly.   I fear California is headed towards  fiscal Gotterdamerung over time.

As to the preceding two posters, BRTD, but he is bi-polar. Sometimes he is an FF and high value added poster, and well, sometimes a HP. And I think he likes it that way. BRTD is comfortable in his own skin, and I respect that.
