Oyez Oyez! The Supreme Court of Atlasia is now in session. Dave Bless Atlasia

The Court will preside over the case of

Sam Spade, Plaintiff v. Secretary of Forum Affairs/Department of Forum Affairs, Defendant

Court believes Sam Spade will argue his own case while it believes the Deputy Secretary (do inform if otherwise) will argue on behalf of the Department for forum affairs.

Schedule

The plaintiff until Friday to file his brief.  It is expected no later than 6:00PM eastern time on Friday, June 27, 2008.

The defendant has an additional twenty-four hours to file his brief.  It is expected no later than 6:00PM eastern time on Saturday, June 28, 2008.

Additional time may be granted to either party upon a showing of sufficient need.  But the court wishes to proceed as quickly as possible given electoral implications.

A possible period of argument (Q&A) may be scheduled after in case any member of the court has any questions for the parties.

So ordered.
