I think there are way more undecideds now than in a long time.

Hillary is such a polarizing figure I think most people knew if they would vote for her or not.

Are you trying to say that their are just more undecideds because people haven't made up their mind or their are more undecideds because its Hillary supporters that haven't warmed up to Obama?  I think its a combo, however, I think these people will break for McCain

Yeah, I think it's a combo....I think the Hillary supporters are uncertain about Obama and I think the Indies are more uncertain about him as well.  I think the Hillary supporters will go for Obama in the end, and I think more indies will go McCain's way.

I just don't know many who are "iffy" about Hillary......agree?

True, I think that McCain and Hillary are two people that 90% of the country has an opinion on, I don't think the undecideds would top 10% in any state (of course some polls would show this though)

90% at least.....probably more.  That's my point.  Hillary is going through this dog and pony show about being behind the Big O (and she absolutely has to do that), but that's not going to sway all of her voters by a long shot...there's still plenty of doubt.

Frankly, I still think Hillary was the best Republican running.........

I disagree with you there, Hillary already has had the kitchen sink thrown at her, with Obama the GOP can find/make up all kinds of new mud that new one knows.  He's running on the "I'm not a politician/regular guy" thing, so the GOP can easily exploit that.

BTW, anyone notice Barack walked behind Hillary when they got off the plane today? Smiley

One reason, but not the only one and definitely not the most important.

The electorate wants to elect a Democrat, but is unsure as to whether it wants to elect Obama.

Yes.  Look at Rasmussen's favorability ratings of Obama and McCain.  ~55% of the population like them both.  Hillary is hated.
