The new administartion comes into being in less than 48 hours. It's marginal whether or not a majority of votes would be submitted within the timeframe to install what would possibly be Atlasia's shortest Vice Presidency.

He hasn't called a vote yet, but the delay is far from unreasonable.

Although I believe that Bono would do a good job as Vice President, I feel no need for a Vice President of the Republic, primarily because Mr. Bono will only serve in the position for some 48 hours, until Moderate is sworn in as President.

Sorry for the delay, Senator. I believe that our institutional framework must strive to be as smooth as possible, and we should continue with the constitutional order even if it seems pointless, because not doing so has been the cause of much trouble in the past.
